Develop and maintain functional and technical product knowledge.

Develop and maintain knowledge of Concur's implementation and support practices and methodologies.

Other duties assigned by manager

Provide Global Support for Concur Travel & Expense users

Routinely update the users on open tickets to gain additional information or advise of status

Interact with other IT departments as necessary to resolve user issues.

Atleast 10 years in the SAP economy with experience in selling SAP services

Should have managed a portfolio of accounts with an annual revenue target

Should have sold and managed end to end S/4HANA transformation programs

Proven track record of delivering consistent growth with upselling and cross selling experience

Experience in pipeline generation through marketing activities and New account opening

Should have experience in handling CxO relationships
