Sap Sd (Sales And Delivery) Analyst

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)

• Other duties assigned by manager
• Escalate unresolved user issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Routinely update the users on open tickets to gain additional information or advise of status
• Adhere to Process SOP's for escalations as needed.
• Interact with other IT departments as necessary to resolve user issues.
• Conduct research, and use troubleshooting capabilities to fully analyze reported issues efficiently, and respond to users within established timelines utilizing standardized solutions
• Facilitate/monitor manual and automated data imports and exports.
• Develop and maintain functional and technical product knowledge.
• Provide Global Support for Concur Travel & Expense users
• Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules with creative and technical success.
• Represent the Concur Team on cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Concur's implementation and support practices and methodologies.
• Balance multiple priorities and be prepared for future events as well as expected changes.
