Data Processing and File Management

Data entry in web-based databases of various documents and responsible for maintenance and filing of records.

Record daily duties in check-in sheets or other Clerk’s department activity recording tools.

Prepare and send out all Clerk’s department related correspondence

3+ years participation & support for UAT and release management

Design, execute, manage and document test plans

4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience, with 3+ years in Salesforce Lightning

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with increasing levels of responsibility

Current Salesforce admin certification, app builder, advanced administration

Hands on experience with Salesforce technical limitations and considerations while designing the solution

Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders

Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role

Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems

Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades, Org Refreshes and ensuring successful integration

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities

Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification or

Data Management: Perform data imports, exports, updates, and cleanups, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

User Management: Create and manage user accounts, profiles, and permission sets to control access and maintain security.

Configuration: Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements by configuring objects, fields, workflows, and approval processes

Bachelor’s Degree with academic or industry experience with systems analytics, business analytics, or computer systems

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders effectively.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments within deadlines.

1+ years of experience supporting Pardot OR SalesCloud

3+ years demonstrated experience with Sales Force CRM (SFDC) administration, integration tools, etc.

Experience with MuleSoft Nice to have

Salesforce Certification not required, but highly desirable

Overall responsibility for vision and roadmap for system

Overall responsibility for functional and cross-functional workflows and business rules

Excellent OO design, data structure knowledge, and design pattern knowledge.

Some Salesforce development skills, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL.

Demonstrable knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5/XHTML, CSS3.

Some experience consuming and implementing RESTful API’s utilizing XML, SOAP, JSON, etc.

Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications via real-time, batch, sync / async.

Professional experience in test driven and formal QA development environment, including development/staging/production (or similar) development cycles.
