8+ years related work experience preferably in Powersports or Automotive field

Strong analytical skills (logical through process, reasonability, timeliness)

Provide feedback to improve technical documents. Collaborate with project management teams to correlate report method and contents.

Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, etc.

Judge the appropriateness of requirements and approve adjustments for market representativeness and competitiveness.

Judge technical feasibility of complex component and system designs to achieve performance targets, function requirements, and manufacturing requisites.

Ensure work is prioritized in line with division/company requirements and priorities.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting field or equivalent work experience.

Good technical skills, including experience with Salesforce, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Improve technical underwriting skills, brevity in presentation of credit submissions, and risk rating accuracy

8+ years credit underwriting experience and prior credit authority.

Demonstrated experience in developing and motivating underwriting personnel.

Solid written/verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Minimum of 6+ months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills

Sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features. Develop qualifying buyers and closing sales

Minimum of 1+ year experience in customer service (customer-facing roles)

Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the powersports industry

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Riding experience and current motorcycle endorsement are desired, but not required

Minimum of 6+ months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills

Sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features. Develop qualifying buyers and closing sales
