Sales Optimization Consultant Jobs

Some experience with change management, able to influence change

Working knowledge of cost-accounting/finances as it relates to clinical labs preferred

Understand and shape client requirements into Laboratory Optimization solutions

Use CRM to manage pipeline, events, tasks and all LO processes as directed

Bachelor's Degree required, and/or Medical Technology degree/certification highly preferred

At least 3 years of clinical laboratory leadership or operational experience - microbiology required.

2+ years Digital Marketing experience with account management preferred

Support the implementation of digital marketing programs including project management, content development, and content dissemination.

Experience working directly with SMBs, creating content, and knowledge of local search strategies is a huge plus.

Intermediate Marketing/Customer Experience knowledge preferred

Deliver one-to-one communication/education with targeted new and established agents

Participate in the development of training and education materials and documentation

At least 7 years of experience in operations management, ideally in a technologically advanced company

Experience in operations for call centers or resolution centers highly preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

Ability to commit to duration of project

Previous Data Management and/or Data Entry Experience

Advanced Technical Skills; Experience Working with Varied Systems, Applications, etc.

Maintains the Key Account Manager Schedules within eoStar.

Acts as back-up to the Sales Optimization Manager for route planning and deployment.

Creates routing assignments for new customers added for the Quality Specialist and On Premise Account Managers.

Completes miscellaneous routing tasks as required (i.e., Routing of KAMs, Category Managers and Routing for Brand Manager’s needs).
