Works closely with Sales, Sales Operations/Strategy, Finance, and HR/Legal teams to ensure accurate incentive plan administration, compliance, and results.

Collaborate cross-functionally to provide strategic recommendations and solutions on improvements in execution and streamlining team responsibilities.

Research & Identify the processes and requirements of Utility and Solar Incentive Programs across the U.S.

Understand the importance of tracking closely with the Development Project Managers on submittals to meet targeted project financing dates.

Experience in the solar, construction or real estate industries

Ability to work remotely and independently and be a self-starter

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Experience should include some of: electrical engineering, construction management, utility, telecommunications, information technology, software development, or technical writing

Ability to work remotely, effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently

Proven ability to converse with and persuade stakeholders at all levels of management, including C-suite

You have a passion for vehicle electrification with a good knowledge of the automotive industry and electric vehicle charging dynamics

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand and articulate payback models to customers

Outstanding presentation, oral, and written communications skills, and sales polish, with the ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally
