About the Role:

This role requires a results-oriented and organized candidate determined to be a subject matter authority for incentive processes. This person will thrive with change, relish solving new problems, and enjoy working in an innovative, fast-paced environment.


Job Title: Finance Sales Coordinator / Incentive Plan Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:

  • Is the subject matter authority on company policies and processes with impacts to incentives. Also fields questions from employees or other teams on incentives or related matters.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide strategic recommendations and solutions on improvements in execution and streamlining team responsibilities.
  • Works closely with Sales, Sales Operations/Strategy, Finance, and HR/Legal teams to ensure accurate incentive plan administration, compliance, and results.
  • Compiles, calculates and processes incentive payouts. Additionally reviews/analyzes data and summarizes findings.
  • Perform basic research and analysis to identify and resolve incentive discrepancies related to various financial and/or business partner data included for incentives and/or reporting.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, time-management, and organizational skills
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field 2-3+ years of work experience as a Compensation/Commissions coordinator, specialist, analyst or similar role at a mid-to-large sized technology or fast-growing company, preferably internet or media industry
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills and preferred experience in Salesforce, Zuora, Tableau, SQL, Anaplan, or CompenSafe (or other incentive compensation software)


Location: 100% Remote


Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $62,400 - $76,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
