Conducts performance reviews and other duties in alignment with the requirements of SPP managers.
Manage departmental P&L: sales, margin, expense.
Collaborate with SPP Promo Sales leaders and sales teams to further penetrate existing accounts and manage growing customer base.
Leads/manages a dedicated C&E cross functional team inclusive of sales, operations, product, and marketing.
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to quickly move from analysis to action.
Experience with collaborating within organization beyond immediate sphere of influence.
