Perform inspections and safety audits.

Manage the collection and maintenance of all required program documentation, ensuring a well-organized and up-to-date Safety database.

Collaborate in the DOT program, offering valuable coaching to drivers on program guidelines and safe driving behaviors.

Possess 1-2 years of valuable experience in a Safety-focused role, demonstrating your commitment to ensuring a secure work environment.

Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey information, establish credibility, and provide impactful training sessions.

Prior experience in delivering training sessions, showcasing your ability to engage and educate a diverse audience effectively.

Conduct and meticulously document routine Safety Inspections of field operations, ensuring strict adherence to the DDS Companies' Safety program.

Support Management with training documentation for workforce as requested

Experience: 1 to 5 years of Construction Experience , electrical background, NFPA 70e

Assist operations in Site Specific Training

Recommend and ensure additional individual and/ or group training as needed

Provide clear guidance, training and share best practices

Site specific training (or other) once per month

Ability to communicate with all levels of management

Strong communications skills (verbal and written)

Prepare aircraft with the required fueling equipment such as ladders or stands for the support of the fueling operations

Provide support with the removal of any fueling equipment when necessary

Assist the fueling operations in a support mode with the aircraft fueling process of removal equipment

Assist by providing company support, materials such as fuel tickets, electronic equipment, etc. to the fueling staff upon request

Provide advice and counseling about regulatory compliance with safety, health and environmental laws, codes, regulations, standards, and the related Company requirements.

Administer training, safety record keeping, and documentation for compliance to safety training policies and requirements in the assigned area of responsibility.

A High School Diploma or GED, 3 years work experience.

Knowledge of construction industry standards.

Knowledge of laws, legal codes, formal interpretations, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and procedures.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
