Partnering with Safety, Engineering, Supervisors, and Managers to create and implement appropriate solutions

Assisting anyone asking for 5S help and offering constructive advice for improvement opportunities

5-10 years in a manufacturing or mechanical / engineering environment preferred. Specific 5S & Safety work experience preferred;

Having an understanding of lean manufacturing including 5S, Safety, and Training skills are helpful

Intermediate level in Procore or similar database management software

Provides administrative support to the Safety Director(s), Managers(s) and Officers(s).

Minimum two years administrative experience with preference in a construction or safety related industry

Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize work assignments.

Ability to work independently, manage long term projects and meet deadlines.

Good written and oral communication skills
