Previous experience in Commercial Property Management, preferred.

Conducts monthly property walks focused on pest control management. Documents and reports findings to an authorized pest control vendor.

Assists with communication between trade teams, management, and building occupants during projects, repairs, and shutdowns.

Maintains property certification and inspection tracking including but not limited to fire life safety equipment, HVAC, backflows, critical equipment, etc.
