SMS experience preferred, using Klaviyo, PostScript, or Attentive.

Interview with Retention Marketing Director, Team Leads and/or Account Managers to discuss a day in the life

You'll be hands on in the ESP to build automated workflows (drip campaigns), QA their logic, build segmentation, etc.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to interface with a wide breadth of partners and levels of management

Primary responsibility to support Marketing Manager on channel/product strategy and new capability development

Primary owner for monitoring offer performance, channel reporting, KPIs and performance analytics

Collaborate with other customer marketing channel owners to optimize customer experience and share best practices

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

You have 3-5 years of professional marketing or advertising experience, ideally in a retention and churn prevention environment.

You are experienced in executing the “test & learn” methodology (e.g., A/B and MVT testing) from beginning to end.

You have experience in using marketing technology solutions and analytical tools.
