Position Title: Ice Cream Specialist (Ice Cream DipClerk)

DipSide Guest Services: Preparation of shakes/malts, cups/cones of ice cream/yogurt, sundaes, sodas and "hand-packed" containers.

Reporting: Accurate completion of time records and the Customer First Document.

Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.

Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment and to operate all store equipment.

2+ years of related work experience, including retail and warehouse/inventory management

Intermediate PC skills with knowledge MS Office, MS Excel skill preferred

Manage inventory levels and partner with cross functional HQ team to reorder as needed

Manage store operation supplies for NSO and current stores, as needed

Manage and coordinate the flow of VM collateral for NSO and existing stores (to and from stores)

Work with NSO managers to coordinate travel for retail personnel attending new store projects
