3+ years retail apparel management experience

Be radically transparent and direct when coaching store managers and store teams

Experience as an apparel buyer

Executes detailed, comprehensive stock and product management routines, including processing shipment and completing markdowns, merchandising, replenishment and fulfilling online orders.

Conducts opening and closing operational routines as needed, ensuring a successful start or completion of the store's daily business.

Welcomes guests and assists with finding their perfect pair, accessories or apparel.

Keeps an overview to daily operations and troubleshoots any concerns with transactions and store routines.

Demonstrate a willingness to apply sales and service skills to ensure a WOW experience for every Customer!

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE) 

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities 

Work with account managers to develop the "perfect store" for each chain "Gold Standard"  

Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience (four years of relevant CPG sales experience)  

Customize sales execution plan to account/broker
