Strong and exceptional customer service and sales skills

Experience in maintaining and balancing a cash drawer preferred

Preferred twelve (12) months sales experience

1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience

Previous instore banking experience is preferred, but not required.

Achieving individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.

Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.

Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.

Employing problem solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training.

1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience

Previous instore banking experience is preferred, but not required.

Achieving individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.

Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.

Manage pitch meeting scheduling and follow up (largely sending marketing collateral after meetings) where needed.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Accuracy, attention to detail, strong organizational skills

Excellent knowledge of Venture Bank compliance systems

Join all calls with prospect from start to be up to speed on firm and deal.

Coordinate demo with GTM if needed.

College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or combination of education and experience.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions using our value proposition.

Consistently meet/exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals and enhance year-over-year revenue growth as measured by the Financial Center P&L.

Participate in the opening/closing process of the Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed by the Financial Center Manager.

Experience in the financial industry preferred.

College degree in business, accounting or finance preferred or related work experience.

Ability to give and receive feedback to improve skills and job knowledge.

6-12 months of cash handling, customer service in a retail environment, or sales experience preferred. Banking experience is a plus.

Detail-oriented and organized with good note taking and follow-up skills.

Good oral and written communication skills – can write clear messages, initiate conversations, and talk to customers about products and services.

Perform deposits and withdrawal transactions.

Proactively manage loan portfolio to ensure a minimum of delinquencies, substandard loans and documentation exceptions.

Manage branch vault and cash shipments.

Manage Monthly Internal Controls reports.

Balance ATM per Bank policy and manage any related problems.

Experience in originating, underwriting and documenting; consumer loans, small business loans; mortgage loans.

Thorough knowledge of all Bank commercial and retail products and services. A complete knowledge of Bank lending policy.

Ensures accuracy for new accounts and makes corrections as necessary

One year of retail experience is preferred.

Cash handling experience is preferred.

Superior customer service skills required.

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently, without close supervisor.

Ability to use good judgment and exercise decision-making skills.
