Investigate, develop/modify and propose a new Material Shortage Report process, including Standard Work documents

Operations Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Biomedical)

Investigate, identify, compile, and present next generation manufacturing line including product flow, material storage, utilities supply, and site layout

Undergraduate degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, electrical, computer, software or biomedical)

Undergraduate degree in business (supply chain) or related field of study

Planning and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously.

Project 3: Assist the retail operations teams in various projects to help the store teams deliver a memorable customer experience.

Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills needed.

All other duties or projects as assigned

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a must.

Possess a high level of integrity – must show good judgment and confidentiality at all times.

Utilize experience from order management and fulfillment to assist in creating an operations dashboard to pinpoint, track and test KPIs

Experience with inventory management systems is a plus

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in supply chain, business, operations, management, technical or a related field

Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus

First-hand experience in early stage start-up environment with extreme exposure and high responsibilities optimal for career development

Proficiency in Microsoft Office - must be experienced with Microsoft Excel to manipulate, sort, and organize data

Understand how goal is consistently achieved/or exceed the individual and boutique monthly sales target, as directed by management.

Experience Sales Leadership for staff by understanding how to set performance targets for team and individuals with relevant KPIs.

Teaming up with Boutique Manager to learn about overall boutique operations

Utilize Maison storytelling and heritage to enhance the client experience

Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
