3+ years’ experience in customer service required ; field marketing, sales, education, or hospitality environment preferred

Tailor your approach to demo drives by uncovering customers’ needs and delivering a personalized experience

Uphold the operational framework, best practices, and playbooks to deliver the best experience possible to our community members and team

Experience using POS and CRM software preferred

Excellent written and verbal language skills in English, additional languages a plus

Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, and customer service skills. Must be well organized and detailed oriented.

Assist in department inventory management.

Coordinate facility, exhibit set-up, equipment, and catering requirements.

Ability to manage shifting priorities and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other online documents, such as Google Docs.

Knowledge of Mailchimp, Aventri, BeePro registration tools a plus.

Independent work ethic with excellent time management skills and the capacity to meet deadlines.

Openness to hands-on program management

3-4 years’ experience in Special Events or Communications, Experience in RTW, advanced contemporary, or luxury preferred.

Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail

Dedication to working in fashion/retail with knowledge of the fashion cycle, as well as industry influencers, celebrities, trends, and pop culture.

Develops event strategies, tailored to multi-market retail stores, that drive sales, build brand awareness, customer loyalty, and community relations.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills;

Project Management: Works effectively on project teams in order to achieve long-term project goal and objectives.

Thoroughly track department expenses and regularly report the status to Senior Events Manager.

Research new vendors, requesting multiple proposals per project, and provide comparative summary for Senior Events Manager to review.

5+ years of relevant work experience;
