Detailed Job Description The Retail Distribution Center Training Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure that employees in a retail distribution center are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles. This includes creating and implementing training plans, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training. The Training Specialist will also be responsible for developing and maintaining training materials, such as manuals, handouts, and videos. Additionally, the Training Specialist will be responsible for providing feedback to management on the effectiveness of the training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
