The Retail & Coffee Products Manager is a key national position within Amenity Services organization, directly reporting into the Amenity Services Head of US Employee Dining.

The Retail & Coffee Products Manager is responsible for owning and driving the Pantry and Retail strategy across the US and Canada. The Retail & Coffee Product Manager has subject matter expertise on the latest retail and coffee trends and will plan out and execute of a roadmap of retail, pantry and coffee strategy and enhancements. The role is passionate about identifying and implementing innovative coffee, pantry and retail solutions that enhance the service experience and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

The role will partner closely with our vendor partners, Amenity Services Leaders, Chief Administrative Office businesses (e.g., Global Real Estate, Global Security, Facilities, Corporate and Site Services), Technology, various corporate partners (e.g., Human Resources, Communications), and executive leadership.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

Candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to integrate various functional disciplines towards the achievement of common goals, and have direct experience working with food, beverage/coffee organizations in driving transformation in the following buckets:

  • Retail/Branded Concepts
  • Pantry Strategy & Branding
  • Supplier Diversity & Small Business Partnerships
  • Markets/Snack Spots
  • US Coffee Bars & Starbucks Licensed Stores
