Work closely with the Outlet Manager to oversee organization, efficiency and policies pertaining to service in the dining room.
You will be part of a team that truly believes in the experience of both our guest AND our team members.
Direct and oversees all activities at the restaurant, in accordance with standardized policies, to provide efficient, friendly service.
Supervise staff in terms of guest service, cleaning, side-work, proper steps of service.
Work on the floor during service, the floor comes first before any duties.
Promote cooperative effort, team spirit, and good morale among employees (running contests etc.).
