Leadership and Vision. Ability to transform vision into strategy - Experience creating and executing a strategic plan

Administrative oversight. The ability to anticipate issues, establish plans and manage the execution of projects and programs to successful outcomes.

Financial acumen and measured risk-taking- Excellent financial background with experience in financial budgeting, planning, and reporting.

A minimum of 10 years of progressively more responsible leadership experience; prior C-Suite experience is a plus.

Communications experience, including public speaking as a spokesperson on behalf of an organization.

Prior experience serving on a board of directors (non-profit or corporate board) is preferred

Excellent at time-management and with strong organizational skills; able to multi-task and prioritize activities

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Oversee management of human resources including hiring, discipline, training and coaching.

Oversee management of all programs and services, staff and public relations.

A minimum of 15 years’ experience, demonstrating ongoing growth in positions and responsibilities.

Must be able to provide effective counsel and recommendations to the Board of Directors, management and staff concerning all organization challenges.
