5 years of successful healthcare management experience preferably as hospital or healthcare facility as a CEO or COO.
Clinical and Administrative Management experience preferred.
Lead and mentor a high-performance management team, including recruitment of necessary team members.
Foster positive relationships and collaboration at all organizational levels, including the Medical Unit and Board of Managers.
Implement hospital-wide policies and patient rights, subject to approval by the Medical Unit and Board of Managers.
Establish and maintain a safe working environment that complies with licensure, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
