Maintain and manage all security logs, radio logs, visitor information, residence audits, vehicle inspections, and security phone communication.

Required: California CCW or LEOSA HR218, California Exposed Firearms Permit, and 1 – 3 years of experience in Residential Executive Protection.

Skills, Knowledge, And Personal Characteristics

Show and demonstrate apartments, utilizing sales skills to demonstrate market-ready product and availability to close prospects.

Respond effectively to inquiries to generate prospective resident visits to the property.

Obtain lease information and complete lease applications. Conduct required credit and reference checks. Set up and maintain the lease files.

Conduct periodic market surveys, as requested.

Manages incoming tenant application processing and verification.

Manages the processing of invoices for the property.

Identifies, supports, and manages social activities for tenants.

Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills.

Experience with Rental Assistance programs (i.e., section 8)

Three years' experience in leasing.

Intercept any unauthorized entry into the aircraft or any suspicious person in the immediate vicinity.

All maintenance, Cleaners & Ground staff ( Ramp / Catering ) must be physically frisked or searched with hand-held metal detectors.

All equipment to be carried inside the aircraft, such as cleaning equipment must be checked thoroughly at the access door.

Conduct Security / Cleaning Audits.

Fill out paperwork required by the airline.

Fluency in the English language

Maintains the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements

Report writing and communication skills

Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.

Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.

Specialized Programs for Continued Education for Security Officers

Control access (entrance and exit) to client site or facility through the admittance process

Patrols, on foot or in company provided vehicle, to inspect building and grounds

Monitor security activities through Closed Circuit Camera systems

Observe, report and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity

Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site

Proficient knowledge of real estate industry, property management principles and relevant legislation.

Familiar with property management software.

1+ work experience as a Leasing Agent or customer service role.

Must possess strong attention to detail, great communication skills and sales ability.

Able to undertake multiple projects, manage shifting priorities, and handle a heavy workload.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Support transportation and guest services needs as directed by the manager on duty.

Prior security experience, ideally in the hospitality or related industry

Patrolling the hotel to ensure guests and team members are safe and the hotel is secure,

Answer in-house calls, assist team members and guests as needed.

Initiate investigations, write up incident reports, monitor investigations and ensure property follow-up and communication.

Reports to senior management or Global physical security manager on project progress and developments

Supervise, lead and mentor domestic and foreign Residential Security Agents or oversee and manage security vendor expectations and standards

Liaise and coordinate client requirements and ensure expectations are met on designated projects.

A combination of 3-6 years of relevant security and/or military/law enforcement experience

Must have 2 years of supervisory experience

Must be proficient in report writing and have a working knowledge of various computer programs
