Resident Service Technician Jobs

Responsible to assist in the management of a survey, conducting investigations, and filing all vulnerable adult reports as required with regulators.

Assist the finance department in resident issues related to MA pending applications, and financial collection issues.

Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.

Experience with VEPS EOL programming stations and associated processes in N. American Truck OEMs preferred

Relay requests for non-service issues to appropriate departments at ZF.

B.S. in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical, Computer/Software, or related field required

Proficiency with data acquisition & development tools (e.g. ETAS INCA, CANalyzer, etc.) desired

Ability to travel domestic and internationally (approximately 25% of the time) required

Excellent communication and customer service skills with both internal and external Customers

Strong analytical, problem-solving, quantitative, and time management skills.\

Ability to maintain regular attendance and be punctual.\ \ Education and Experience:\

Requires understanding of computer program functionality and software troubleshooting skills.\

Schedule and perform regular predictive/preventive maintenance inspections on equipment.\

Provide support by managing parts inventory, customer service calls and preventative maintenance schedules.\

Foster positive customer relations and a high degree of customer satisfaction by communicating effectively with customers.\
