Valid license to practice in the State of Florida as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse

Manager on duty coverage, presenting the community, planning and participating in staff meetings, planning and implementing marketing and community events

Experience or training in an equivalent setting preferred

Ability to manage team processes and promote a team environment.

At least 2 years as a Medication Technician.

Complete scheduling for resident care staff

In collaboration with Director of Clinical Services, orient, monitor progress and reinforce training of resident care staff

Maintains current knowledge of medications administered and manner of administration.

Manages Resident weekly and monthly weights and vitals.

Manage staff time sheets every other week and notify Administrator of overtime. Verify payroll of all nursing staff.

Participate in development, knowledgeable and supportive of resident service plan goals.

Demonstrated ability to administer oral medications and perform treatments accurately in accordance with requirements and as delegated.

Has strong supervisory and team leading skills with the ability to motivate staff to achieve

Assisting residents manage Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus

Previous experience with geriatricpopulation preferred, providing assistance with ADLs

Escorting residents to meals and recreational activities

Supporting residentsin achieving their highest level of physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being

Helping out as needed in the Wellness areato ensure the safety, comfort and wellbeing of our residents

Assist with training and support to new or less experienced assisted living staff.

Position requires driving responsibilities (may use Company provided vehicle and/or personal vehicle).

Position Summary as a Resident Care Assistant / Home Health Aide (C NA or HHA)

Perform light housekeeping and laundry for the resident as indicated on their service plan and as needed.

Remains in compliance with the Standards and guidelines set forth in the Clinical Pastoral Education Student Handbook.

Attends regular peer group meetings, educational presentations, etc as required by the CPE Faculty.

Performs daily spiritual care visitation.

Ensures appropriate response and follow-up on all referrals from the clinical nursing areas to which assigned.

Provides Spiritual Care and support to patients, families, and teammates of all cultural and spiritual backgrounds, does not proselytize.

Supports faith group leaders visiting their members who are patients.
