Superb organizational and time management skills

Schedule/Calendar/Phone management; keep exec(s) on schedule

Create and update presentations, letters, and other forms of management reports and communications

Education: B.A., B.S., or equivalent experience

Manage calendar and activities (Setting meetings, Call list, etc.)

Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet savvy)

Requires 1-3 years experience. Candidates possessing a Master’s degree, 0-2 years experience required.

Remote/Hybrid/Flexible work schedules (Dependent on role).

Free, on-site Counseling Center which provides confidential counseling services to benefits-eligible employees and their family members.

Work under general supervision. Assistance given for unusual problems and normally reviewed for application of sound professional judgement.

May provide interpretation and initial analyses of results.

Limited ability to troubleshoot and modify procedures.

High level of proficiency using Microsoft Excel and SPSS for data management and basic analyses

B.A./B.S. degree in education, psychology, or related field

Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail

Demonstrated experience cleaning and managing data files

Skillful use of Microsoft Office suite and online tools, such as Smartsheet and Box

Experience working as a team member in a professional setting

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in researching information and analyzing data to arrive at valid conclusions.

No professional experience required with relevant Bachelor’s degree or above.

1 or more years of experience as a lab technician, research assistant, or equivalent.

Theoretical and hands on knowledge of tissue culture and molecular biology techniques.

Skill in the operation and maintenance of various lab equipment.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

HS graduation and sufficient experience and demonstrated skills to successfully perform the assigned duties and responsibilities or equivalent combination of experience/training

Project coordination or management experience.

Associate’s degree and sufficient experience and demonstrated skills to successfully perform the assigned duties and responsibilities; and/or equivalent experience/training.

Strong writing skills; experience in grant writing and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to think creatively and independently on concepts requiring advanced analytical skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups to achieve results.
