Experience in procurement and/or contract management an asset

2 years experience in a Sales, Renewal, or Account Manager role at a SaaS company or equivalent

Proactively manage the renewal process to ensure renewals are closed in a timely fashion

Evaluate usage and complete the true-up requirements

Strong client-facing communication skills. Must be able to negotiate and problem solve

Aptitude for sales, strong analytical skills
