3+ years of validated experience as a leader in areas related to renewable assets' maintenance, project construction, EPC or BoP/BoS management.

Strong negotiations skills with extensive contract negotiation experience

Knowledge and experience with sourcing/procuring power plant/utility equipment, services and construction
