3+ years of experience in Workday Core HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence

Existing and up-to-date Workday Core HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence certifications preferred

Global Experience, should be comfortable configuring for a countries outside of the United States, including countries in APAC, EMEA and LATAM

Experience participating in technical and cross-functional projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills

Familiar with agile working methodologies to manage user stories across a kanban board from backlog through completion

4+ years of progressive experience within Workday HCM, with specialization in one or more functional areas. Functional specialization can vary.

Demonstrated ability to be innovative, initiate, lead and manage change.

Broad range of experience with information technology solutions for HR.

Broad range of experience in process analysis, systems analysis, technical analysis, systems implementation and operations.

Maintain master data values in Workday (ex: Job Profile, Job Family, Job Group, Roles, Custom Organization Types, Positions, and Locations).

Prior experience in harmonizing finance processes across federated business units with multiple ERPs and HCMs

Support multiple business units and business functions in clarifying the business needs and transforming business needs into functional requirements.

Create and maintain business requirements documentation (BRD/FSD/TSD) and process documentation including data flows, diagrams and charts to support requirements.

Manage, maintain and optimize the company's Workday system.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Engineering, or related field

Strong business acumen, analysis skills including written communication and presentation development.

Knowledge of current Lowe's Enterprise Resource Planning software

Leads development of integrated HR solutions to ensure specifications are flexible, scalable, and maintainable and meet architectural standards

Communicates changes in software architecture and coaches others to apply this understanding to Data or Platform solutions; resolves escalated issues

Leads efforts and provides consultation to improve TA Technology / HR systems configuration, test, and operational excellence best practices

Monitors systems performance and continuously creates improvement recommendations

Solves complex cross-functional design and business problems; solutions are extensible; works to simplify, optimize, remove bottlenecks, etc.

Strong background and experience in finance operations and/or working with purchasing, accounts payable, suppliers, expenses, and budgets is desirable.

Knowledge of and experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies are advantageous.

Preferred experience in a higher education environment.

Facilitate requirements gathering and design activities for Workday projects.

Define, document, and maintain business processes, requirements, and policies, continually seeking ways to enhance processes and procedures.

Support and manage operations-related initiatives identified by the Workday platform owner.
