Job Description
We are in search of a Travel Coordinator! You will be responsible for planning all clients’ vacation/travel needs. We are looking for professional applicants who are well-organized and detail oriented. Must be coachable. No experience necessary.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Review budgets, and plan trips accordingly
  • Follow up with all clients with any and all additional needs.
  • Follow all company procedures and policies
  • Research all aspects of the destination needs
  • Prepare and present vacation itineraries
  • Daily communication with team members
  • Document all of our clients' needs properly to ensure requests and needs are met
  • Attend trainings and group meetings
  • Responds to all communications in a timely manner
  • Make reservations for car rentals, flights, hotels, etc


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must have reliable internet connection
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to handle working under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
  • Ability to plan and manage client’s needs with little to no supervision
  • Must have a computer
