Remote Slack Administrator Jobs

Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions.

Prototype, build and land delightful AI Slack experiences, leading with deep user empathy

A guide on trends in the AI/ML space, and find innovative ways to apply learnings to benefit Slack customers

10+ years of experience leading major product initiatives across consumer or direct-to-customer business products

Excellent communication skills, whether working with executives, cross-functional partners, or when mentoring peers

Proven track record of prototyping and launching innovative and user-centered products

Deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications

Prototype, build and land delightful Slack experiences, leading with deep user empathy

Be an expert on trends in consumer and enterprise tech, and find innovative ways to apply learnings to benefit Slack customers

7+ years of experience leading major product initiatives in consumer or enterprise direct-to-consumer product

Excellent communication skills, whether working with executives, cross-functional partners, or when mentoring peers

A love of ambiguous spaces, creativity in strategy and execution tactics, and always improving the status quo and moving things forward

Proven track record of prototyping and launching innovative and user-centered products

You'll brainstorm with Product Managers and Designers to conceptualize new features.

You'll help our skilled support team triage bugs and tackle production issues.

4+ years of experience writing client-side JavaScript and React Framework.

Experience building and debugging complex systems in a team environment.

Experience with modern browser technologies.

Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy.

Consider program management a strength and have experience using joint sponsorship to complete deadlines within a complex organization

12-15+ years relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting roles. SaaS experience preferred
