Exceptional knowledge of federal IT regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, FISCAM, FFMIA, etc.)

Assurit is currently seeking multiple experienced IT Compliance Manager to support one of our projects!

Executive presence, characterized by an ability to distill complex IT regulatory concepts into easily digestible requirements for Air Force clients.

Sharp attention to detail with a keen eye for reviewing documentation and correspondence for quality, accuracy, and completeness.

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Understanding of US Air Force and/or other US military services (i.e., ranks, protocols, authorities)

Strong program management and delivery skills on multiple concurrent engagements; demonstrated ability to translate recommendations and strategic initiatives into actionable plans

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Operations, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience.

Other duties as assigned by manager

8+ years of experience in IT / technology-related areas

Strong understanding of common IT infrastructure, systems, and tools, as well as foundational business principles such as finance, strategy, etc.

Broad experience spanning business architecture, digital technologies, transformation delivery and modern IT strategy

Knowledge of commonly used vendor management practices, strategic sourcing concepts, practices, and procedures.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Computer skills; Microsoft Office with advanced excel skills.

Experience with IT related concepts, practices, and procedures.

Experience in financial services and compliance reporting.

Experience in negotiating contracts with vendors.

Experience working as a project manager or team leader guiding technical teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Publications and blogs are a strong plus)

3-5 years of experience working in a relevant technical role

Experience working in the Intellectual Property industry

Seven years of technology management, including IT service management or production support experience

Strong understanding of service management frameworks (ITIL); working knowledge of integrated service management tool(s) such as ServiceNow.

Experience overseeing and executing in ITIL operations processes including incident management and problem management,

Experience and understanding of Information Systems (IS) Incident and Problem Management principles and process lifecycle

Interpersonal and relationship management skills

Experience with service management across different locations and a multi-sourced environment
