As a Remote Field Specialist (Drilling Services) you will be responsible for:

Expected to work in challenging drilling and logging environments to provide complex solutions to the Customer.

Successfully complete addition advanced technical training and assigned well site development Programs.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Experience with/understanding of multiple OEM Wind Turbine SCADAs.

Experience with/understanding of PI Software, PI Process Book/ PI Vision, Power Factors Drive.

Experience with operations and procedures in SPP and PJM.

Strong analytical and technical abilities.

MS Office skills with a focus on Excel.

Safely send remote commands to autonomous vehicles for on road and closed course testing

Maintain up to date knowledge of how our self-driving technology works. Understand daily software and operational changes

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience in operations, technology, customer service, or automotive field

Experience working in a collaborative environment - team player

Respond to and resolve in a timely manner a variety of trigger requests from the autonomous vehicle

Preferred Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Commensurate level of experience may waive the educational requirement

Support CSMR management in all aspects of the business

Develop the knowledge of direct reports and efficiently manage their day-to-day activities

Possess strong presentation and interpersonal skills displaying confidence and knowledge

Manage and develop exempt and non-exempt employees

Plan and manage change through analytics
