SUMMARY:
Reporting to the VP of Investor Relations, with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Head of Business Development and working closely with other Investor Relations team members. The Investor Reporting Associate will be an integral part of the team, with primary responsibility for (1) quarterly investor reports of closed-end commingled funds and syndications and (2) recurring and ad-hoc operational and financial performance requests from existing investors, prospective investors, and HCP senior management.

• Complete RFPs, DDQs and ad-hoc requests from investors, maintain data rooms, and prepare marketing materials, etc.
• Support in preparing quarterly and annual reports for investors.
• Attend and take detailed notes at weekly Asset Management meeting.
• Assist IR senior professionals with the execution of any key strategic investment, corporate and department initiatives.
• Manage the firm overview presentation and periodic updates.
• Assist with inbound investor requests.
• Manage the preparation and assembly of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) materials.
• Assist with processing capital call and distribution notices and any other investor communications.
• Prepare materials in advance of investor meetings.
• Work closely with Accounting, Finance, Investment, and other HCP teams to assemble investor reports and other investor communications.
• Organize data collection between teams and ensure consistency with past reporting and appropriate disclosures.
• Manage and maintain Juniper Square CRM; ensure contact is receiving appropriate notifications and can access documents in the Juniper Square investor portal.

Requirements
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptionally strong analytical skills with an ability to communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• High attention to detail. Solution-oriented, resourceful, and able to independently run with assignments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive self-starter, ability to multi-task in a growing, fast-paced business environment.
• Trustworthy, adaptable, and resilient. Committed to intellectual honesty and adherence to the highest ethical standards.
• Qualifications may warrant a different job title.
• Proven track record in project management and meeting deadlines.
• 2-4 years of applicable work experience in private equity (preferably with real estate managers).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, relationship-building skills, and ability to work well within a team.

Note: Compensation is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
