Assist management in writing work instruction manuals, data capture guidelines, or standard operating procedures.

Prior Experience in supporting multiple clients to internal teams to manage scheduling, tasking assignment and reporting

Experience developing tools to solicit requirements, communicate to stakeholders and imrpove implementation processes

Assist in implementation/upgrade clinical requirements, workflows, processes to ensure they are completed on time and with quality.

Create/Develop strategies, policies/procedures for applying clinical practice, administration, education or processes to assist in product development

Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.

Interacts with advisory, plan sponsors, administrators, prior record keepers and funding providers to coordinate all activities within the New Business/Conversion experience.

May perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Reporting Relationship: Reports to manager and does not have direct reports.

Experience: Typically, 3 to 5 years in pension design, administration, record keeping or related financial services experience.

Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager’s leader and HR Business Partner.

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certification

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate a roadmap for online booking tool product development and internal content management system

5+ years in relevant travel role, management consulting, project/program management, or other financial/analytic roles

Own technical and functional documentation of business requirements and develop solutions

Demonstrated leadership skills, self-starter, execution oriented, and ability to take initiative

Preferred PD, workshop, and training experience along with strong technology skills

Possess exceptional listening, writing, and presentation skills

Has solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Has strong verbal and written communication skills

Providing in-depth virtual implementation training on Big Ideas Math programs. Some in-person trainings may be required.

Providing ongoing phone and email support to ensure schools and districts are successful in their implementation of Big Ideas Math.

Experience with Group Life, Disability and Absence Management products

Develop and maintain effective relationships with the Account Management, Sales, and Operations teams

Maintain solid understanding of our Benefits product portfolio, operational capabilities, and processes

Prepare and deliver technical specifications to document eligibility feed requirements, working with various benefit and payroll platforms

College degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

4-5 years of group benefit implementation experience

Assist Pharmacy Benefit Operations Management team with new client implementations

Project Management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

3+ years of Pharmacy Benefits experience

Perform accurate client pharmacy benefit configuration for all business rules for PBS clients

Proven internal/external client facing experience

Experience performing quality assurance review
