Experience in Lighting is preferred.

Maintain communications between all customers and individual departments within the company, including answering customer emails and telephone calls.

Ensure all new POs and change orders received from customers are processed within 24 hours.

At least 1 year of experience selling and servicing shipping or transportation services

At least 1 year of customer service experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience using web-based shipping vendor websites

College degree preferred but can be substituted for relevant work experience

Ability to perform as a responsible ESOP owner making daily decisions to benefit the client and company

Financial & customer service knowledge and experience

Effectively manage assigned groups/tasks with supervision which consists of invoice reviews, payment reconciliation, managing suspense and cash reports

2+ years billing experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

Relationship building skills along with effective verbal, written and analytical skills

Daily billing administration responsible for day-to-day production, standard customer service interactions, Quality assurance control testing

Operate as the billing support team member responsible for creating invoices in the billing tool
