Remote Human Resources Specialist Jobs in California

Management experience with a publicly held company preferred, including working knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) procedures and requirements.

Working knowledge of personnel database management required; PeopleSoft preferred.

Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.

Manage separation process including performance management and termination process.

Identify needs and recommend solutions that drive workforce improvement stemming from personal observation, survey results and/or management direction.

Oversee onboarding process, including background checks, offer letters, and new hire packets.
