Bilingual in Spanish preferred, offering the chance to utilize language skills

Evaluate and assign Behavior Interventionists (BIs) to participants based on location, skills, and other criteria

5+ years hospitality management experience OR 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience

Manages overall full-cycle recruiting (pre-hire, advertising, screening resumes, selection, sourcing, compensation, interviewing, and onboarding)

Assess candidates’ qualifications via resume reviews and phone screenings

Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers in order to create a trusted professional partnership
