Supports the efficient delivery of processes, programs and policies through the application of specialized knowledge and skills, analysis, and business acumen.

Requires an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.

A minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.

Under general supervision, supports the effective operation and improvement of one or more HR processes.

Collaborates with stakeholders, creates tools and resources, and executes programs and projects.

Responsible for HR data reporting used to determine meaningful recommendations and actions to improve overall HR service delivery.

Providing support for compensation, benefits or broader HR initiatives projects or initiatives

3+ year experience in Human Resources

3+ year experience in compensation or other data analysis

Intermediate level of knowledge in design and implementation of compensation programs

1+ years of experience with Workday

Conducting market analysis on compensation programs (including base, short- and long-term incentives) through research and salary survey input and analysis

Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities and deliver effectively on ad hoc requests.

HR programs across several business lines partnering with multiple HRBP’s (Ie. Performance Management, Rewards Planning, Talent Planning, Engagement

Provide HR operational support to AMD management teams and HR Business Partners

Ability to analyze and manage large amounts of information and effectively present data to drive action.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to link content across several disciplines

Manage and support the planning, development and successful implementation of cyclical

Cconsulting on performance management, compensation and benefits, terminations and other issues
