High-level management and leadership skills

Responsible for daily management through the lifecycle of the program

LOCATION: Remote - United States only - CST | Full day overlap

Define the program controls, processes, procedures and reporting in order to manage the program

Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements

Manage and utilize resources across projects

Ensure proper documentation and data management of HR cases maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

6+ years of related experience in the same field or a related one is required.

Coordinate with a range of internal and external organizations to review special HR cases, such as workmen's compensation.

Handle and coordinate emergency situations and coverage on a rotational 24-hour availability basis.

Provide work direction to staff in lower-grade codes in the unit.

Work as a team member and participate in any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Develop new approaches, policies, and procedures to encourage continual improvements in business and HR efficiency/effectiveness, and lead change management initiatives

Coach seniors leaders on how to improve their individual leadership skills, focus on talent, differentiate performance, embrace diversity, and

8-10+ years of relevant HR advisory experience

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Partner with Senior Leaders in recommending, developing, and/or executing Human Capital strategies to achieve business goals

Strengthen the culture of assigned business groups
