Review and approve Legal Entity related modifications requests to update information in Global Entity Management System (GEMS)

Effective time management; ability to meet deadlines

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Strong analytical acumen, experience in performing analysis or interpreting data to demonstrate analytical/ critical thinking

Monitoring adherence to GEM program requirements.

Assisting in the development of technology capabilities to automate processes.

Reporting experience, including using programs such as Tableau.

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, manage projects and drive/achieve results.

Drafting responses using a standard response library; and

May participate in continuous improvement activities related to role including supplier payment management, external agreement process, etc.

Event/workshop coordination including planning, third party vendor/supplier management

Arranges event planning for internal meetings and Kaizen events, including ordering supplies, coordinating meals, arranging hotel room blocks, etc.

Customer relationship management and/or data management experience, with an ability to leverage technology to innovate and improve processes

Experience with customer relationship management applications (including Microsoft Dynamics CRM)

Experience with conflicts search and/or risk management applications (including Kingland, Elite, and/or Intapp Open).

Input, review, and/or approve the accuracy and completeness of entity information, including additions and modifications, within the Firm’s entity management applications.

Monitor centralized email inbox to assist with responses to engagement team inquiries regarding entity management applications.

Maintain files for entity research, communication with stakeholders, and analysis and conclusion in the Firm’s entity management applications.

Create communities to encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
