Remote Contracts Manager Jobs in Colorado

Detailed knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Extensive experience negotiating terms and conditions of the contracts agreements that will govern relationships (Prime and Sub)

Have a working knowledge of FFP/FPIF/ CPAF/CPIF/CPFF/T&M and hybrid contract types

Have a working knowledge of DPAS and Export Regulations

Possess excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with various functional groups at all levels, both internal and external

Sound reasoning, business and practical approach designed to balance risk and reward of competing business interests and risk management priorities

Knowledge and background of the BPO industry and familiarity with multi-national outsourcing arrangements

Experience in handling complex service agreements for travel and hospitality, communications and media industries

Experience working on contracts for Global 1,000 clients
