1-2 years of experience in medical or related field required.

Knowledge of multi-modalities imaging reports.

Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of the reading and interpreting of radiology reports.

Provide general support to maintain department production and quality requirements

Manage support tickets pertaining to records & related subject matter

Knowledge of the healthcare industry and familiarity with clinical terminology required

Experience working with medical records including experience working with one or more EHR systems is required

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of FDA and international regulatory requirements, preferred.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience directly related to the degree.

Specific knowledge of the Alaris System, preferred.

Works with HCL associates by responding to their queries on complaints record processing and reportability determination.

Collaborates with professional services to obtain investigative details on complaints from the healthcare facility.

Works collaboratively with DCHU Investigations Team to quickly pass on any pertinent details from customer calls and other forms of correspondence.

Skills: Organized, logical/critical thinking skills, develop process flows, training background, experienced with documenting P&P
