Ability to successfully define outcomes, manage expectations, manage cross-functional initiatives and meet deadlines based on project requirements

Manage customer engagements through optimizing monthly retainers and priority setting of work, customer accomplishments and customer renewals

Uncovering opportunities that will benefit both the Client and DemandLab

Experience in demand generation, customer engagement, digital marketing, and communications strategies and tactics

Experience in data hygiene and marketing and sales analytics

Become an insurance product champion and use this knowledge to effectively drive product adoption and engagement.

Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Marketing agency and/or experience working with clients.

Ability to manage expectations, set schedules, and ensure deliverables are on track as agreed to.

Comfortable brainstorming and offering creative solutions to challenges big and small.

Have experience training clients on the use of new technology platform and its applications

You will gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders and define the project delivery requirements and development priorities.

Own and maintain all client solution documentation, including requirements, delivery specifications, test planning, and delivery release notes

Problem solving skills and ability to lead and motivate a project team

Manage 15-20 projects, including weekly deliverables

Excellent written, verbal communication skills and the ability to develop and present business reviews/presentations
