REMOTE CLIENT COORDINATOR

Requirements:


  • The ability to work independently with full support of a team and trainings

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Need a laptop or smart phone and WI-FI

  • Must live in the United States
  • No experience necessary, we will train you.
  • Professional phone and email communication.

  • Excellent and quick decision making skills
  • Experience in customer service and or public relations
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong ability to communicate in writing and speaking
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • -Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • -Providing guidance and support to customers;
  • -Ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • -Maintaining accurate records and tracking customer activities;
  • -Creating and managing customer itineraries;
  • -Handling customer requests and inquiries;
