Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR Certification

Previous experience in ambulatory care

Oral communication skills and excellent phone etiquette with an ability to convey and receive information via the telephone

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (* Essential Functions)

Ensure every call is answered with enthusiasm and each caller has an efficient and memorable experience

Answer phones and respond to a variety of general inquiries and/or refer to the appropriate department or person.

Input all requests in facilities ticketing system routing to appropriate teams in an efficient manner with appropriate level of classification

Conduct follow-up calls with callers when appropriate to provide them with status updates on their requests

Participate in daily and weekly meetings, reviewing all relevant info needed to stay connected to the overall Hospitality and Facilities Teams

Experience working in a call center, or high call volume environment

Previous transportation/logistics dispatch experience is a plus

Zendesk experience is a plus.

Must be able to work in person.

Be proactive and well-organized with superior attention to detail

Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as Google Drive

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel (create, edit, save documents and spreadsheets) and Outlook (email and calendar management)

Manage administrative intake of members

Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers

2+ years of customer service experience

Experience working within the health care Industry and with health care insurance

Experience working in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic setting
