They are responsible for helping employers understand their benefits options and helping employees understand their rights and responsibilities when it comes to their benefits. They must be knowledgeable about the laws and regulations that govern employee benefits and be able to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Detailed Job Description A Remote Benefits Advocate is responsible for providing advice and assistance to employers and employees on the benefits available to them. They must be knowledgeable about the laws and regulations that govern employee benefits and be able to provide accurate and up-to-date information. They must be able to explain the various benefits packages available to employers and employees, and help them understand their rights and responsibilities when it comes to their benefits. They must be able to answer questions and provide guidance on the best options for employers and employees. They must also be able to provide assistance with the enrollment process and help employers and employees understand their benefits options. Skill Requirements
• Knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations
• Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a benefits-related role
