Regulatory Reporting Quality Assurance Analyst Jobs

Proficiency using Google Suite & Microsoft Office programs; experience with task management software is a plus

Experience working in an FDA-regulated industry (food industry is preferred)

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

Some knowledge of food additive and/or crop protection regulatory framework preferred

Highly organized and with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel with each other

At least 3 years’ experience in the financial industry dealing with Options and Equities.

Proficiency in CAT and CAIS requirement specification.

Must have at least 2 years’ hand-on experience with CAT.

Strong Excel and SQL skills

Knowledge of Financial Information Exchange FIX protocol.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3+ years of experience in relevant finance/accounting/audit positions

Ensure the business regulatory requirements are completed within the set timescales, ensuring deadlines are met

Assist in the timely, accurate, and complete preparation of financial reporting

Quarterly call reports for NMLS

Uniform authorized agent report for NMLS

Business license filings to the Secretary of State

Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.

Perform special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, MIS or related field).

5+ years of financial institution experience, emphasis on financial reporting

Experience with information systems (i.e., Oracle, Workday Financials, AxiomSL, Reg Reporter, Wdesk, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

Serves as key liaison to external and internal auditors, and examiners.

Extensive Experience in project management, leadership skills and communication skills are important.
