Experience with detailed business requirement gathering and creating functional specifications

10 years minimum experience as an Integration Analyst

Possess exceptional listening and both written and verbal communication skills

Experience with internet connectivity protocols (SFTP, FTP(s), HTTP(s), SMTP, etc...)

Highly skilled in building Executive level PowerPoint decks and presentations; presenting to upper-level management; strategic and financial analysis

Expert level experience, expansive and far reaching knowledge in:

Manage Environmental Sustainability portfolio and roadmap and track initiatives and milestones in support of Environmental Sustainability goals

Highly skilled in understanding and applying information to contribute to the organization’s strategic plan

Highly skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems

Knowledge of partnership management, project management, or similar disciplines

Consult and work effectively with multiple departments - Technology, Revenue Management, Network Planning, Marketing, Legal, CS&S and Ground Ops

Expert-level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:

Work independently to manage projects and partnerships, ensuring Southwest goals are met

Manage the communication of impacts to Senior Leadership and broader enterprise.

Typically, 2+ years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.

Professional Services (Sales Engineering, Project Management, Software Development, Quality Assurance) background.

Provide pre-sales support to sales for enterprise software solutions including qualification, solution development, negotiation and closing.

Uses written descriptions, spreadsheets, charts, and material flow diagrams skillfully.

To facilitate concept understanding, uses drawings and sketches skillfully.

Thoroughly understands the practices, methodologies and requirements of the Supply Chain Solutions Department and serves as advisor to all group members.
