Registered Nurse Wound Care Per Diem Jobs in Nevada

Assumes responsibility for personal professional growth through attendance at in-services, training, continued formal education and select journal readership.

Follows work procedures in relation to established workflows.

Maintains productivity sufficient to meet VNS Health goals.

Performs other related duties and participates in special project, as assigned.

Comprehensive education and training center

One year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Physical Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years recent, within the past five years (5) years, RN Burn/Wound Care experience

Wound Ostomy continence certification preferred.

B) Operating Room Hospital imaging experience;

C) Trauma and Peds imaging experience.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Hold a valid Nevada RN License or Interim Permit

ADN with a commitment to obtain BSN within 2 years of employment
